Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Engineering Management from an accredited institution; minimum 2 years in Lean Six Sigma & continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment (cGMP).
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification; PMP certification desired; ASQ CQE/CQA/SQE desirable.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates Value Stream Mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drives cost control, cost reduction, and inventory optimization; analyzes production system effectiveness.
• Develops and tracks KPIs, performance charts, and visual management across functions.
• Communicates stakeholder analyses and mitigates risks to achieve outcomes.
• Executes Lean Six Sigma projects (DMAIC, DFSS, PDCA, Kaizen) delivering sustainable results.
• Develops action plans, trains and mentors in Lean Six Sigma and related tools.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives and environmental, health and safety (EHS) requirements.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
