Qualifications

• Must have strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Skilled in Lean manufacturing and 6S workplace organization.
• Proficient in safety compliance and documentation practices.
• Able to lead and mentor production teams in an injection molding environment.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Directs team to focus production based on management, work orders, and materials.
• Mentors team members on processes and best practices.
• Provides training on injection molding processes and applications.
• Identifies improvements and applies lean tactics to improve quality and on-time delivery.
• Accountable for setup, teardown, troubleshooting, and safe operation of equipment.
