Job summary

HL Mando America Corp in Opelika, AL seeks a Sr. Production Manager to lead the Production group across shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will work with HSE on safety, drive continuous improvement, and develop long-range plans to meet growth goals.

The role requires manufacturing leadership experience, with automotive background and strong team development skills, reporting to the Plant Manager. This is a full-time in-house position with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years of manufacturing experience, with at least two years in Automotive.
• Minimum of three years of managerial responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Production group to achieve 100% on-time delivery through planning and coordination.
• Enforce safety practices and work with HSE to ensure a safe environment.
• Develop long-range production plans and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production Control for scheduling and material planning.
• Drive 5S, housekeeping and continual improvement activities.
• Lead and develop production team, including training and coaching.
