Job summary

BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. in Grandview, MO, seeks a Roof Runner Operations Manager to lead safety, budget, inventory, and day-to-day functions for the Roof Runner group.

You will oversee lease programs, process orders, provide technical support to builders, and maintain equipment readiness while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and analytics drive efficiency and cost control at the Grandview facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2 years metal building experience and 1 year of management experience.
• Knowledge of Compass and order processing is preferred.
• Mechanical experience and related technical degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation and provide safety training for employees.
• Manage roof runner lease program and oversee order processing.
• Monitor and track budget and inventory; provide technical support.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise roof runner staff.
