Qualifications

• High School or GED required; 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and administrative skills.
• Experience communicating to and building relationships with internal and external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Prepares final bid cost estimates and creates quotations by entering bill of materials into the online quotation system.
• Consults with sales, manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates.
• Sets up price basis for sales to negotiate scope of supply.
• Performs professional specification review.
• Coordinates all RFQs and required supporting tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned by managers.
