Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer in Beloit, WI to optimize production workflows and elevate quality across our modern facility. You will bridge engineering and shop-floor teams, driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include developing manufacturing processes, creating work instructions, and supporting new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and automated machinery.
• CAD software proficiency (Inventor or AutoCAD preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support existing manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Collect and analyze production performance metrics (scrap, cycle time, downtime).
• Troubleshoot production issues and assist with root cause analysis.
• Assist with process improvements and new product introductions.
