Job summary

WSB Solutions is seeking an ERP Coordinator - Manufacturing in Marietta, OH to lead the Made2Manage ERP system, maintain BOMs and master data, and support MRP, purchasing, and costing.

The role requires 2–4+ years of ERP experience in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Crystal Reports. Degree preferred but hands-on experience considered. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of BOMs, routings, MRP, inventory, work orders, and job costing.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Made2Manage (M2M) strongly preferred.
• Crystal Reports and ISO 9001:2015 experience a plus.
• Degree preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Made2Manage ERP system.
• Maintain BOMs, routings, work centers, inventory, and master data.
• Support work orders, scheduling, MRP, purchasing, and job costing.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with IT/software vendors.
• Build reports, dashboards, and operational KPIs.
• Maintain data accuracy and improve ERP processes.
• Train employees and create user guides and procedures.
