Job summary

Confidential Employer in Buford, GA is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the day-to-day manufacturing accounting, including cost and managerial accounting, inventory, job costing and WIP. This hands-on role partners with operations to improve profitability, strengthen controls, and support succession planning; 10+ years of manufacturing accounting experience and Epicor ERP familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10+ years of accounting experience with manufacturing background.
• Extensive cost and managerial accounting experience.
• Experience with Epicor ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: GL, AP, AR, cash, month-end close.
• Manage manufacturing accounting: inventory, job costing, cost analysis, reporting.
• Develop and improve processes, strengthen internal controls, provide financial insight.
