Bel Fuse Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across multiple sites within Cinch/Bel Fuse.

You will translate business requirements into actionable ERP solutions, coordinate with offshore teams, and drive user adoption across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay lifecycles. The role requires 2+ years in Dynamics 365, manufacturing ERP experience, and US citizenship or permanent residency.

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 2+ years in Dynamics 365; manufacturing ERP experience preferred.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between business and IT for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Configure and personalize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to streamline workflows.
• Manage reporting tasks including standard/ad-hoc reports, Management Reporter, and Power BI dashboards.
• Oversee EDI processes (e.g., 810/850/855) and troubleshoot as needed.
• Coordinate testing and UAT with business users; support user adoption.
• Document processes and configurations; maintain knowledge resources.
