Zusammenfassung

The Bel Fuse Inc. Business Analyst role supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across Cinch / Bel Fuse sites.

You’ll translate business needs into functional ERP solutions, collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, and drive user adoption across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay lifecycles. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, experience in manufacturing environments, and the ability to configure workflows and build Power BI reports.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP in a manufacturing environment.
Experience configuring and personalizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Aufgaben

Serve as liaison between business departments and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Configure, personalize and optimize ERP workflows; leverage Power Platform where appropriate.
Manage reporting tasks, including Power BI dashboards and Management Reporter.
Coordinate testing and user adoption during upgrades and monthly releases.
