Job summary

You'll coordinate configuration with the Dynamics team, support testing and user adoption, and drive accountability through all project phases, including upgrades and monthly releases. 2+ years of Dynamics 365 experience and manufacturing background preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business departments and Dynamics 365, ensuring ERP capabilities align with objectives
• Configure and personalize Dynamics 365, leveraging Power Platform to streamline workflows
• Manage reporting tasks in Dynamics 365, including Power BI dashboards
• Oversee EDI processes and troubleshoot transaction sets like 810/850/855
• Coordinate testing and user adoption during upgrades and module rollouts
• Collaborate with offshore teams to manage development projects and testing
• Document processes and best practices for ongoing support
