Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking an ERP Business Analyst at our New Britain facility to support daily SAP S/4HANA operations and data-driven decision-making. You will work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to improve processes and data integrity.

You will develop Tableau dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable insights, train users, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site and beyond.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in business, IT, or engineering.
• Two+ years of ERP systems or business analytics in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or another ERP system.
• Experience building reports or dashboards with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily ERP transactions and maintain accurate inventory and production data in SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and KPIs for operational insight.
• Analyze manufacturing, inventory, labor, and production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support data integrity and standardized business processes, resolving data issues.
• Train users on reporting tools and internal processes as needed.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across site and enterprise.
