Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging seeks an ERP Business Analyst for its New Britain facility. You will support daily ERP operations, leverage SAP S/4HANA, and build Tableau dashboards to drive operational improvements.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure data integrity and enable data-driven decisions. As the primary ERP analytics resource, you will help standardize processes, analyze trends, and participate in cross-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years supporting ERP systems or business analytics in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP system.
• Experience developing reports/dashboards using Tableau or BI software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily ERP operations and maintain accurate inventory and production data in SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and KPIs for operational visibility.
• Analyze manufacturing, inventory, labor, and production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Identify data inconsistencies and support business process improvements.
• Maintain data integrity by resolving transactional issues and supporting standardized processes.
• Train users on reporting tools and processes as needed.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analyses to support decisions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across site and enterprise.
