Job summary

Blue Diamond Growers is seeking a RTE Operator – Entry to join our manufacturing team in Colorado. You will learn to operate critical production equipment under supervision, ensuring quality and safety while supporting the production line.

The role emphasizes GMPs, HACCP, and food safety practices as you develop essential operational skills. You will participate in setup, adjustments, and monitoring to meet scorecard targets and production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a machine operator.
• Knowledge of machine operations and mechanical aptitude to keep machinery running.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, work schedules and performance graphs.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate plant equipment safely.
• Assist in setup, monitoring, and adjustment of production equipment to meet targets.
• Monitor Key Process Measures (KPMs) to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings.
• Provide support to experienced operators and maintenance personnel for preventative maintenance.
• Collect, measure, and catalog variances in waste, downtime, and materials.
