Job summary

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to maximize uptime, drive continuous improvement, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced pharmaceutical/biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 3 years of experience or bachelor's with 5 years in industrial maintenance.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Preferred fields: Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• Professional certifications in maintenance, electrical systems, or HVAC beneficial.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a skilled team of maintenance technicians to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
• Promote preventive and corrective maintenance with strict regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to maximize uptime and improve efficiency.
