Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in manufacturing maintenance, automotive, HVAC, or related field.
• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators in equipment set-up, start-up, and continuous operation.
• Build and write work instructions, setup instructions, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Influence training of employees on packaging equipment.
• Assist with equipment installation and propose modifications for improvements.
• Validate and verify operation of new equipment under actual operation conditions.
• Maintain equipment files and document maintenance per SOPs and cGMP.
• Identify and order equipment parts as needed.
• Participate in safety, quality, and efficiency meetings and problem solving.
• Work with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and 24-480V controls.
• Directly support changeovers and startups on packaging lines.
• Troubleshoot downtime and restore packaging operations.
• Support PMs and implement bottleneck solutions on lines.
