Job summary

Peak Energy seeks a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of equipment for current operations and future factory expansions. You will own end-to-end equipment strategy from concept to validation, enabling scalable production at pace.

You will collaborate with process, quality, design, and manufacturing to deliver production-ready lines, driving automation, tooling, and equipment upgrades while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing and sourcing manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design fundamentals and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complete manufacturing lines from concept through commissioning.
• Define equipment concepts and performance requirements for high-volume production.
• Lead RFQ process, supplier selection, and equipment reviews.
• Coordinate factory readiness, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
