• Recommend tooling and fixtures to improve efficiency and quality.
• Apply DFx principles to estimate and reduce costs and improve quality.
• Develop and maintain methods, sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts and assemblies.
• Coordinate release of product improvements and new products with engineering teams.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Develop and use test procedures and evaluate results.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
