Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop operation sequences and processes for sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
  • Coordinate release of product improvements with design and operations; implement ECOs as needed.
  • Estimate manufacturing costs, set time standards, and recommend tooling and process improvements.
