The role emphasizes ensuring cGMP compliance, data integrity, transfer of new products, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, Supply Chain, and R&D to optimize processes and reduce downtime.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of plant manufacturing experience in a regulated cGMP environment.
• Experience with Siemens or Allen-Bradley control systems and PLC programming.
• Experience reading P&ID diagrams, wiring diagrams, and architectural drawings.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to coordinate and direct contractors on site projects.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a team of Manufacturing Engineers and escalate issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Drive project funding, vendor liaison, and startup activities.
• Upgrade site utilities and equipment across multiple production areas.
• Ensure equipment and systems are in validated state and comply with cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Lead investigations and implement CAPAs.
• Mentor junior engineers and train them on engineering systems.
• Coordinate with QA, Supply Chain, and R&D for tech transfers.
• Assist in funding requests per corporate guidelines.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality management compliance.
