Job summary
VulcanForms in Massachusetts is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Systems Engineer to lead MES and production data infrastructure across the Consumer Technology unit, enabling scalable, traceable manufacturing operations. You will define system standards, manage master data, and guide NPI, transfers, and digital manufacturing initiatives while partnering with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and IT.

- Deep expertise in ERP/MES and manufacturing data governance.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs across ERP, MES, PLM, and QMS systems.
- Define manufacturing system standards, data structures, and workflows.
- Drive data governance, traceability, and eDHR across products.
- Guide NPI and product launches with readiness activities.
- Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing IT.
