The position offers competitive hourly pay of $31.00 per hour with a 6:30 am - 2:30 pm shift, weekly pay, shift premiums, and benefits from day one. Overtime may be required and is common in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum one year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or related technical field, or completion of an accredited Maintenance Technician certification program.
• No sponsorship or sponsorship for CPT/OPT etc. is offered for this position.
• No relocation benefit is offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning machinery, equipment, tools, and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
• Make necessary adjustments, repairs, and equipment modifications as required.
• Conduct general facility maintenance, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and related building repairs.
• Support the operation and maintenance of the in-house wastewater treatment system.
• Safely operate industrial vehicles and equipment used for material handling, machine relocation, and rigging activities.
• Assist with the installation, setup, relocation, and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date maintenance records and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all EH&S standards and promote continuous safety improvement.
