Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to oversee engineering activities that boost production readiness, reliability, quality, and throughput. You will lead a team and actively engage in process development, tooling, work instructions, and resolving daily manufacturing challenges.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with design and production teams, driving improvements in efficiency, yield, and cost while mentoring engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing engineering experience supporting precision manufacturing or engineered assembly operations.
• Experience supervising technical personnel or leading engineering projects and cross-functional improvement teams.
• Knowledge of process development, tooling, work instructions, engineering drawings, and structured problem solving.
• Ability to balance immediate production support with longer-term improvement projects and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and coordinate the manufacturing engineering team’s workload to support production and new product introduction.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods, routings, standard work, assembly processes, tooling, and fixtures.
• Lead the transition of new or revised products into repeatable production processes with documentation and training.
• Provide technical support for production problems and coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify and implement improvements in cycle time, labor utilization, first-pass yield, scrap, and rework.
• Partner with design engineering to review manufacturability and resolve production constraints before product release.
• Support equipment selection, capital project justification, installation, and process validation.
• Coach engineers and technicians, maintain process documentation, and reinforce safe work practices and quality requirements.
