We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
At all times act in a manner consistent with the Douglas Dynamics culture.Lead, coach and mentor engineering staff to successfully complete product development and operations projects as assigned by the engineering manager. Develop the skills of the engineering team to ensure best practices are followed and shared.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:
Required Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
Communication: Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing. Sound interpersonal and leadership skills at different organization levels
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of SolidWorks preferred, Microsoft office suite, ERP software
Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and understand technical problems involving known variables in non-standard situations
Other: Travel (up to 10%) to other plants, customer locations and trade shows is expected.
