Summary of Work Performed:
Under the supervision of a manager or a peer of equal or higher rank, the Manufacturing Engineering Resource Programmer IV will serve as a subject matter expert in designing manufacturing resources. This includes developing Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) NC programs, Manufacturing Computer Aided Design (MCAD) tools/fixtures, loft patterns, and operational models with associated 2D drawings. The role requires knowledge of shop production and processing operations. The incumbent will follow management strategies, departmental processes, and procedures using Bell Business Systems. Mentoring and training responsibilities for one or more employees may be assigned.
