Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to oversee capital and operational improvement projects in a manufacturing environment. The role involves coordinating engineering, maintenance, and production teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while aligning with business objectives.

You will lead installations, upgrades, and automation initiatives, develop scopes and budgets, and manage multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing projects in food and beverage manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with CAD, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and resource coordination.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving installation, upgrade, and optimization of manufacturing equipment to enhance operational efficiency and production capabilities.
• Drive initiatives focused on automation, mechanization, and implementation of emerging technologies.
• Create project scopes, technical specifications, facility layouts, budgets, and implementation plans while collaborating with external vendors and suppliers.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently across various manufacturing locations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor milestones, and communicate progress through project management tools and reporting systems.
• Provide hands-on support during project execution, ensuring designs and solutions align with operational requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, internal resources, and project expenditures to achieve successful outcomes.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure project deliverables contribute to operational performance and long-term business goals.
