DSJ Global is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to recruit an Engineering & Technology Manager. You will lead site engineering initiatives, oversee capital projects, and drive continuous improvement across a complex production facility.

You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to improve safety, reliability, and plant performance while developing a high‑performing engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience leading capital projects and process improvements.
• Leadership or people management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Manage and develop a team of engineering professionals.
• Oversee planning and execution of capital projects from concept to completion.
• Develop project justifications, investment analyses, budgets, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align with business objectives.
• Support continuous improvement programs across the facility.
