The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing or steel fabrication, a Bachelor's in mechanical/industrial/construction engineering, and proficiency with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing or steel fabrication environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing/construction engineering or related field.
• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD and project management software.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, budgeting, and implementation of capital projects involving mechanical systems.
• Identify and specify mechanical equipment for fabrication and erection.
• Analyze operations to improve productivity, safety, and quality.
• Develop and maintain engineering drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for delivery and install.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety codes.
• Collaborate with fabrication, erection, quality, and safety teams.
• Monitor project costs and schedules to align with capital plans.
