Job summary

React Health seeks a Manager, Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing and test equipment/processes and to oversee calibration activities. You will drive process improvements, mentor engineers, and ensure product quality across assembly and validation efforts.

The role partners with Operations, Quality, and Design teams to meet production goals, while optimizing efficiency, cost, and delivery performance in a fast-paced medical equipment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering and/or Automation/Test Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing, preferably in the medical device field.
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• DMAIC or Six Sigma certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and refines testing, and manufacturing processes with data led decisions.
• Ensure systems remain functional and stable over time.
• Leads and resolves manufacturing issues with cross-functional teams.
• Responsible for managing facility equipment calibration.
• Collaborates with Operations, Quality and Design engineering teams.
• Reviews and approves design and manufacturing changes; perform DFMEA/ PFMEA as applicable.
