CQ Medical seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to improve processes, methods, and documentation for increased efficiency and quality. You will work across teams to start up production smoothly and support existing products with engineering expertise.

Responsibilities include developing cost-effective manufacturing solutions, coordinating with sourcing and quality groups, and managing small development projects while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong communication throughout the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in mechanical engineering or industrial technology, or 3+ years related experience.
Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing improvements is preferred.
Strong communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods and procedures to boost efficiency, yields, and quality.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth production startup and provide engineering support.
Plan, schedule, and manage small product development projects.
Identify and qualify cost-effective suppliers and materials for manufacturing needs.
Generate DHF documents, work orders, and other project documentation as required.
Ensure regulatory compliance with quality systems and engineering processes.
