Job summary

React Health in Bothell, WA, seeks a Manager, Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, validation, and optimization of manufacturing and testing processes. You will drive equipment upgrades, implement improvements, and own calibration management for reliable production.

The role partners with Operations, Quality and Design engineering teams to scale manufacturing while maintaining high quality and efficiency, leveraging Lean/Six Sigma methods and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering and/or Automation/Test Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing, preferably in the medical device field.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and refines testing and manufacturing processes with data-led decisions.
• Leads and resolves manufacturing issues and cross-functional problem solving.
• Responsible for managing facility equipment calibration.
• Maintains collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing needs.
