Job summary

React Health in Bothell, WA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Manager to lead manufacturing and test equipment/process improvements, ensure quality, boost efficiency, and manage calibration. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality and Design engineering teams and mentor engineers while aligning with company goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing testing, process validation, DFM/PFMEA analyses, cost management, and equipment layout planning to optimize throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or related engineering field required.
• DMAIC or Six Sigma experience and certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; able to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and refines testing and manufacturing processes with data-led decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve product quality.
• Oversee facility equipment calibration and maintenance; manage budgets and resources.
• Mentor and coach team members on industry best practices; ensure compliance with guidelines.
