Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Progressive manufacturing engineering or related experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, standard work, RCA, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team with accountability and safety.
• Improve processes, tooling, layouts, standard work, and production flow.
• Support new product launches, engineering changes, and production readiness.
