Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Menomonie, WI, seeks a Manager I Engineering to lead the Manufacturing Engineering team for the 200 Series and A-Series windows value streams. You will partner with Operations to drive operational excellence and long-range capital planning.

Responsibilities include setting safety, quality, cost and service targets, coaching engineers, and promoting Gemba-based problem solving. A 4-year degree and leadership experience are required; MBA/MS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in product design or engineering leadership.
• Experience with budgeting and cost-saving initiatives; ability to drive value in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Menomonie Manufacturing Engineering team supporting the 200 Series and A-Series windows value streams.
• Partner with Operations leaders to support Operational Excellence in SQDC and align resources to strategic goals.
• Define and communicate performance targets for safety, quality, cost and service; manage budgets.
• Promote continuous learning and hands-on problem solving (Gemba) to improve operations.
