Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the engineering team.
• Partner cross-functionally to define project requirements and success criteria.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure on-time completion and quality.
• Ensure solutions meet functionality, durability, and cost targets.
• Identify risks and drive mitigations; manage budgets and timelines.
• Act as liaison between New Product Development and Enterprise RD&I; participate in reviews.
