Andersen Corporation in Menomonie, Wisconsin seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering function for the Menomonie plant, supporting the 200 Series and A-Series windows value streams. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, capital and capacity planning, talent development, and implementing the plant's strategic initiatives.

You will coach engineers and technicians, partner with Operations to meet safety, quality and cost targets, promote Gemba

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Strong supervisory/leadership experience (3–5+ years).
• Background in product design or engineering leadership and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team for the Menomonie plant.
• Partner with Operations to support Operational Excellence and strategic goals.
• Define and communicate targets for safety, quality, service, costs, and development.
• Allocate resources to meet performance targets and projects with data-driven decisions.
• Promote high morale and VOE-driven performance; coach managers and engineers.
• Drive budgeting and capital investments; deliver results within plan.
