Job summary

American Locker is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who will lead and support manufacturing readiness activities from prototype to production. The candidate will be responsible for developing work instructions and collaborating with various teams to resolve manufacturability issues.

You will enhance operational efficiency through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, aiming for continuous improvement in the manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on sheet metal manufacturing experience.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and NPI.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness activities for products from prototype to production.
• Develop and maintain routing and work instructions.
• Coordinate production launches and troubleshoot engineering issues.
