Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum two years in manufacturing operations.
• Minimum one year in people management (team lead or supervision).
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure equipment and processes are safe for associates and the environment.
• Monitor quality to meet and exceed customer goals.
• Control scrap to predefined targets.
• Coordinate supervisors to meet schedules and monitor daily/weekly status.
• Lead plant-wide Lean implementation and champion team programs.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce production downtime.
• Ensure staff are trained and qualified to operate equipment.
• Support cost control and maintenance planning.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and community during plant tours.
