Job summary

Stuart Rush is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering leader to direct and coordinate Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Programming activities in support of plant operations.

The role focuses on process development, cost estimates, routing, and planning for new product development, with emphasis on Lean and continuous improvement across the plant. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience; Engineering degree preferred.
• Experience with CNC programming, machining, Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma and TQM systems.
• Familiarity with CAPEX planning, FMEA, ISO 9001-2000, and Design of Experiments.

Responsibilities

• Directs manufacturing engineering activities to support plant operations.
• Lead cost reduction and process improvement projects.
• Develop and deploy programming, work holding, and tooling strategies for capital equipment.
• Oversee and launch new product lines and development.
• Conduct annual progressive performance reviews with education and career growth plans.
