Job summary

Stuart Rush is seeking a Lean Transformation Lead to drive site-wide improvements and waste elimination. You will lead Kaizen events and empower teams across production and support functions to sustain gains and meet KPI targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field and 3+ years of lean implementation, with strong facilitation and problem-solving skills. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of lean/continuous improvement implementation with lead or major contribution.
• Proven experience planning, facilitating, and sustaining Kaizen events.
• Facilitation and influence skills for driving change through others.
• Strong urgency and bias for action; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with core lean tools: 5S, VSM, SMED, kanban, standard work.

Responsibilities

• Drive site-wide lean transformation initiatives to eliminate waste and improve KPI performance.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events from charter to sustainment across functions.
• Apply lean tools in high-mix, low-volume production environments with quick changeovers.
• Partner with operations, quality, engineering, and materials to design countermeasures.
• Coach supervisors, operators, and engineers on lean principles and problem solving.
• Track and report lean metrics and tie improvements to business impact.
