Job summary

Stryten Energy seeks a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to optimize manufacturing capabilities, equipment, and processes across plant operations. You will lead equipment development, guide design engineers, and coordinate with process engineers to deliver safe, cost-effective production improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or technical field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Lean manufacturing/Six Sigma experience.
• MS Office Tools proficiency.
• Lead and mentor 2-5 process engineers.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply lean manufacturing principles in operations and process flows.
• Identify continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
• Design, modify, and maintain tooling and fixtures for production machinery.
• Collaborate with design engineers on new product introduction to production.
• Recommend design changes to aid manufacturing.
• Select and manage suppliers for tools and services; liaison with suppliers.
• Direct activities related to industrial engineering and plant layout.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and workstations.
• Evaluate and implement equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot productivity, quality, and parts issues; apply root cause analysis.
• Drive capital projects, make or buy decisions, and manage budgets.
