Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering in a technical manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership or project leadership.
• Experience leading process improvements, production support, and industrialization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering team and staff.
• Set departmental goals, priorities, project plans, and performance metrics.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing operations and remove constraints.
