Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in the US (Miamisburg, OH) to lead a team of 11 engineers and technicians. You will drive efficiency, mentor staff, and manage budgets, schedules, and continuous improvement programs to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or similar discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Experience mentoring engineers and technicians.
• Strong supervisory, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience in program management of large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering department (11 staff) to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee development.
• Develop budgets, strategic goals, and annual planning.
• Provide regular status reports and ensure project schedules and costs are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast schedules and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield and reduce costs.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and security requirements.
• Support site performance and customer satisfaction.
• Foster an innovative, proactive problem-solving culture.
