Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Five+ years in process or manufacturing engineering leadership.
• Experience in regulated or high-reliability environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment and tooling support production and test requirements.
• Improve uptime and utilization of manufacturing equipment.
• Lead capital equipment selection, justification, and implementation.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Enable data-driven decisions via SPC, KPIs, and capability analysis.
• Mentor and develop engineering and mechanic staff.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery, quality, cost targets.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
