Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• 2+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.
• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks or Inventor).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct reviews, and support professional development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Partner with Quality and Operations to support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure designs and processes meet safety requirements.
