Job summary

The role requires strong project management and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 25% and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing engineering or similar roles.
• Strong project management, scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyze costs and benefits, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional teams and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage department budgets, staffing, performance reviews, and training development.
• Develop and report test engineering performance metrics and KPIs.
• Coordinate and manage projects to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and commitments.
• Lead by example and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
