Job summary

Responsibilities include process design, testing, NPI review for manufacturability, and root-cause analysis of production issues through robust problem solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering discipline and relevant experience.
• Familiarity with CAD design and manufacturing analysis.
• Experience with lean and continuous improvement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing methods and processes.
• Improve efficiency through workflow, space, and layout planning.
• Design testing methods and ensure product/process quality.
• Evaluate processes and engage with vendors for improvements.
• Review NPI to address manufacturability and risks.
• Develop tooling and fixtures for assembly operations.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare process reports and maintain documentation.
• Provide technical training to maintenance and operations.
• Support lean initiatives to improve safety and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
