Auria is seeking an Engineering Manager for our Sidney Plant in Sidney, Ohio. This on-site leadership role oversees engineering activities, drives process improvements, and collaborates with customer and corporate groups to support launches. The position emphasizes safety, budgeting, and team development.

You will guide engineers, manage capital projects, and ensure equipment and processes meet requirements while advancing new technologies across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• Five or more years in a supervisory/management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support for development of production processes and systems.
• Promote and enforce adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Guide and manage budgets for capital equipment and tooling for new programs.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of plant equipment and facilities.
• Review design/feasibility of parts and manufacturing processes.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and support cross-functional launch activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in current and new technologies.
• Provide cost and timing estimates for tooling, equipment, and packaging changes.
