Job summary

Auria is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Fremont, Ohio plant. This hands-on leadership role supports engineering activities, production processes, and capital budgeting. You will guide project execution, ensure equipment performance, and drive safety compliance across the facility.

You will supervise engineers, coordinate cross-functionally with customers and corporate teams, and champion continuous improvement and cost estimation for tooling and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum five years in a supervisory/management role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support for development of production processes and systems.
• Promote and enforce safety policies within the department.
• Manage budgets for capital equipment and tooling.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of plant equipment and facilities.
• Review and approve design changes and new programs.
• Develop and mentor the engineering team; drive cross-functional resource allocation.
• Lead continuous improvement and implement new technologies.
