Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Deep DFMA experience for thermal/fluid systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high‑performing manufacturing engineering team.
• Define and execute manufacturing strategies aligned to growth and electrification.
• Design efficient layouts and production lines for large‑scale equipment.
• Optimize designs for fabrication, assembly, and serviceability.
• Maintain compliance with ASME, UL/ETL/CSA, and HVAC standards.
